I'm Laura Meyer, the founder of JoyBrand Creative – a consulting company with a big mission. We're passionate about using AI and emotionally intelligent marketing to create positive change for social impact organizations. Our business podcast has won acclaim, our clients and partners are household names, and now we're on the hunt for a program manager extraordinaire to take the reins of client success and help us drive our mission forward.

The Program Manager Role Involves three main activities:

  • Designing and implementing programs with a focus on operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Engaging and consulting with clients, conducting research to inform program development, and ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Leveraging AI technology to accelerate client performance and oversee integration and execution.

The Program Manager is the linchpin in our consulting services, combining program management, project management, and AI-driven online sales process design to deliver impactful client results. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to drive positive social change through the power of marketing.

As our Program Manager, you'll guide our clients through every stage of their journey with us – from onboarding to lifelong advocacy. You'll play a key role in ensuring their satisfaction and success and help us build a network of supporters who share our vision for a better world.

Your top priority will be ensuring an exceptional client experience, building trust and loyalty, and fostering long-term retention.

To excel in this role, you must be adept at balancing the big picture with the details. You'll need to be fully invested in our clients' goals, designing programs that help them achieve success while also keeping a sharp eye on measuring our company's results and tracking progress toward our objectives. With your skills and dedication, we can deliver outstanding service and create a lasting impact for our clients and their communities. This position is the helm of onboarding, supporting, communicating with, scheduling, and designing our signature framework for clients.

As our Program Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our programming is enjoyable and transformative for our clients. While keeping an eye on the big picture, you'll be responsible for tracking each client's progress through the delivery process and identifying opportunities to maximize the value of our services. From their first interaction with us to their final purchase and beyond, you'll be the point person for guiding clients through our lifecycle and building lasting relationships that benefit everyone involved.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a skilled program designer AND a master relationship builder. Your responsibilities will include assisting in implementing solutions within our CRM partner, using our signature framework and intellectual property. You'll attend consulting meetings, follow up with strong communication, and ultimately deliver on our consulting services. Along the way, you'll build strong relationships with our brands, ensuring they receive the transformative experience they came for.

This dynamic, multidisciplinary role is perfect for someone who loves technology and thrives on innovation, variety, and purpose. As a business-savvy, people-smart professional, you must excel at written and verbal communication. You'll be mature, level-headed, and capable of working independently without a lot of hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with consulting clients and oversee all processes, including but not limited to delivering consulting services, defining the scope and length of a project, and account management.

  • Communicate with clients to meet needs and long-term goals, gather and deliver information between internal and external teams. Optimize customer retention metrics.

  • Ongoing account management for each consulting client, including onboarding, off-boarding and daily/weekly communication. Be the primary point of contact between consulting calls.

  • Attendance on all consulting calls as a resource and provide follow-up instructions. 

  • Coordinate design of tech implementation of client projects with our technology partners.

  • Comfortable with learning AI tools and staying current with market trends.

  • Owner of consulting SOP processes and ensure they are constantly updated or assigned to a team member with clear outcomes and deliverables. 

  • Oversight of marketing projects in Asana, including but not limited to coordinating the creation of case studies and weekly marketing content with our vendors to support the growth of the consulting business.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Strong technical background and familiarity with digital marketing products, launches, platforms, and tools built for the online marketing industry - landing page builders, email service providers, CRMs, and/or course hosting platforms. 

  • Outstanding writing and communication skills.

  • Core understanding and familiarity with service delivery either in a coaching, consulting, or agency environment. 

  • Experience with remote teams - including vendors, customers and colleagues. 

  • Located in North America with reliable internet access.

  • Advanced skills in Asana, Google Drive, Kajabi and Slack along with familiarity with online learning management systems. GoHighlevel a huge plus.

Compensation Range

  • Starting salary is budgeted at $70,000/year for the remainder of 2023. Room for compensation increase in the next 12-24 months as our company in currently doubling in size year-over-year.
